We ship our customers' orders in two ways:
Letterbox mail
Your local postman will deliver your order neatly to your mailbox. This is the most chosen method because you don't have to stay at home for this.
Package
At an additional cost you can choose a package with track and trace at checkout. If you have chosen this option, you will receive the track and trace code from us after your order has been shipped. Your package will often be delivered to the mailbox, so you do not have to stay at home.
Are you missing a product? Then it will most likely be delivered as a backorder. You will find the current delivery times for the relevant product on our website.
Or have you not received anything yet? Then we ask you to be patient for a few working days. The mail deliverers do their utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you have not received anything after 5 working days, please contact our customer service
Has something broken or damaged during delivery, or is your package or product not yet on its way? Then we are happy to look into it for you.
